Go-Cable™ is a  16 amp Tri-Voltage (120-208-240) super lightweight, low cost, portable, charge cable for ALL Electric Vehicles (EV) sold worldwide. You can charge your car at more than twice as fast as the stock cable that typically comes with your Electric Vehicle.

Go-Cable™ has 25 feet (7.5 meters) of cable, and comes with a NEMA L6-20 locking plug. If you don't have this receptacle / outlet at your location, we have a selection of adapters listed below.

Go-Cable™ works with all common voltages, and requires a 20 amp minimum electric circuit, however it will work with all electrical circuits between 20 and 60 amps. Consult with a qualified, licensed electrician to determine if your electrical circuit is properly configured.

Included FREE with purchase of a Go-Cable™:

  • Adapter "A"  for RV parks, new clothes dryers, stoves and ovens (NEMA 14-60, 14-50, 14-30, 14-20)
  • Adapter "C"  for older electric clothes dryers (NEMA 10-30)
  • Adapter "M"  for household 120 volt / 15 amp (NEMA 5-15)***
  • Adapter "J"  for Air Conditioners 240 volt / 20 amp (NEMA 6-20)

We also carry multiple other adapter options that are compatible with Go-Cable™:

***NOTE: Go-Cable is not recommended for a 15 amp circuit, since it operates at 16 amps. We recommend adjusting your cars charge rate. You may possibly trip the circuit breaker with prolonged or repeated use, but it may also help you in a difficult situation to recharge your EV.

Go-Cable™ is compatible with all EVs equipped with:

  • J1772
  • Level 1
  • Level 2
  • Type 1 in Europe

Jesla Jr Jr!

My Bolt's factory charge cord was stolen from my garage. I wanted to upgrade to a portable cord with better max speed and multiple adapter heads, to better accommodate travel or a future outlet upgrade, but I didn't want to spend the dough for a Jesla Jr or even a Mustart Travel Master. After all, the cord could be stolen again. This was perfect. I got it on sale for $200 -- so only about $50 more than a used level 1 charger. It lets me charge anywhere -- at home, at an RV park, from the dryer plug in a friend's garage, from the air conditioner plug at a motel. Yes, it's only 16 amps, not 32, but for overnight charging that's ample. Plus, it's theft resistant -- the padlock lets you lock it at the car end, and the twist-lock connector at the plug end lets you take it with you every time you leave without worrying about wearing out your garage's outlet (you can just leave the dogbone adapter plugged in; nobody's going to steal that). It didn't come with the promised holster, but other than that, I am pleased (I'd want a cord hook with the holster anyhow, and there are plenty of combo ones online). This is a solid buy on a versatile unit.

NOTE: The Bolt limits max charge on 120 volts to 12 amps. If your car *doesn't* do that, then don't use this unit with a 120 volt outlet at home, as it will try to draw 16 and that will trip a 15 amp home breaker. (Most commercial garage 120 outlets have a 20 amp breaker, so you'll probably be fine there.)
