The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.
Shipping & Delivery
QC CHARGE ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, QC CHARGE ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico.
Some items are restricted to certain international locations.
International
Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.
Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. QC CHARGE is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.
Sales Tax
QC CHARGE charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site for California state shipping locations only, unless otherwise required by law.
Return Policy
Please call or write prior to shipping any returned item, ALL ITEMS MUST INCLUDE AN RMA NUMBER OR YOUR PACKAGE WILL BE REJECTED.

Warranties
Limited Warranty:
QC Charge (QCC) products come with a limited one-year warranty on all products. We will, at our discretion, replace or repair any unit for defects in material or manufacturing as follows.
During the limited warranty period, QCC authorized service representative will repair or replace, at our option, a materially defective product at no charge. If we choose to replace this product, we may replace it with a new or refurbished product with the same functionality and general design. QCC will retain any defective parts, modules or equipment. Repair or replacement of the product is your exclusive remedy.
The limited warranty period for the product extends for one year from the date of purchase. If QCC repairs or replaces a materially defective product under the terms of this limited warranty, this limited warranty also applies to repaired or replacement products for a period of either (a) 90 days from the date the repaired or replacement product is shipped to you or (b) the time remaining on the original one-year limited warranty, whichever is longer.
This warranty does NOT cover:
- Product that has been subjected to misuse, accident, shipping or other physical damage, improper installation, abnormal operation or handling, neglect, inundation, fire; or
- Product that has been damaged due to repair, alteration or modification by anyone other than an authorized service representative of QCC; or
- Product damage that is caused by power surge, lightning strike or similar power grid issue; or
- Product damage that is caused by use with non-approved electrical accessories; or
- Product whose warranty/quality stickers, product serial numbers plates or electronic serial numbers have been removed, altered or rendered illegible; or
- Product purchased, used, serviced, or shipped for repair from outside the United States; or
- Charges for installation or set up and installation or repair of systems outside/other than the unit.
- Damage, harm, or defect of any kind, whether caused by QCC product or not, to any persons, vehicle, charging unit, electrical supply, or other such external device.

If QCC determines that the product failure is not covered by this limited warranty, you must pay for the cost of repair and/or return shipping.
